DECATHLON SERIES GAS FRYERS CHAPTER 1: SERVICE PROCEDURES 1.1 Functional Description Decathlon Series gas fryers contain a welded steel frypot (stainless or cold-rolled) heated by gas flames diffused evenly through tubes built into the frypot.
