Clearance for servicing the front of the furnace and the rear of the lowboy models should be at least 24 inches. The oil burner will mount on three stud mounting bolts on the lower mounting plate covering the opening in the front of the heat exchanger. The end of the burner tube should be inserted no further than 1/4 inch back from the inside surface of the combustion chamber. STANDARD BURNER NOZZLES: The OL2, OH2, OC2 and OC1, along with the OL33, OL37 and OL39 have the nozzles already installed in the burners.
