3 Usage 3.1 Using the Safety Flag For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 1.  Reverse STEPS 1-3 to remove the safety flag. 1. Install the bracket into the accessory tube located on the back of the seat. 2. Install mounting knob (not shown) to secure the bracket in place. Securely tighten. 3.
