OPERATION GROUNDING THE GENERATOR The National Electrical Code requires that the frame and external electrically conductive parts of this generator be properly connected to an approved earth ground. MAINTENANCE CLEANING FUEL SEDIMENT CUP See Figure 15. The sediment cup prevents dirt and water that may have gotten into the fuel tank from entering the carburetor.
