TIME In TIME or TIME mode you can set the time. If at any point the hands become out of sync, reset them to the 12 o’clock position. See Adjusting the Hand Position to reset them. 1. CALENDAR (Super only) In CALEN mode the month and date are indicated. How to Read the Calendar • The month is indicated by the hour and minute hands • The date is indicated by the second hand How to Set the Calendar 1. Pull the crown (C) out 2. CHRONOGRAPH (Super) • STOP Watch (Regular) In CHRO mode you can measure up to 23 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds. START/ In STOP W. mode you can measure up to STOP 60 minutes in 0.2 second intervals. Lap time measurement is also possible in LAP/ CHRO mode. RESET The watch measures in 1/10 (0.1) second increments for the first hour, and in one second increments thereafter. “Lap time” refers to an elapsed time required to START/ cover a distance from the start to a given point. Demonstration In TIME mode (super) or DEMO mode (regular) you can demonstrate the movement of the hands. 1. TIMER (Regular only) In TIMER mode you can set the timer to count down from up to 60 minutes. While in TIMER mode, the hands move counterclockwise. The timer continues to count down even if you switch from TIMER mode to another mode. SET In SET mode you can set the alarm. When the mode indicator is set to SET, the hour, minute and 24-hour hands move to indicate the alarm time. Adjusting the Hand Position (Super) If at 12:00 the hands do not line up exactly as they should, reset them to the 12 o’clock position in CHRO mode. This procedure must be followed after changing the battery to ensure proper watch operation. 1. Pull the crown (C) out 2.
