E. Connect the power cord. The plug is designed for 208/ 230 volt/20 amp duty. The unit must be connected to a properly grounded receptacle. The electrical cord furnished as part of the freezer has a three prong grounding type plug. The use of an extension cord is not recommended. 3.11 SO218/318 OPERATION INFORMATION FOR SERVICE PERSONNEL The SO218/318 is a cocktail/slush freezer. It is available in 208-230 volt, either air-cooled or water-cooled. The air-cooled version has front-to-back airflow requiring three inches of air space in the front and back for proper refrigeration.
