To Assemble Rear Wheels Turn stroller over as shown. 1 Position Rear Axle Assembly as shown, 1 & 2 2 with red brake levers pointing towards stroller handle. Push Rear Axle Assembly onto rear leg 3 tubes at the same time. To Adjust Shoulder Strap Height Lower Higher NOTE: For a secure fit, straps should be at or below the child's shoulder. Adjust straps to higher position as your child grows.
