Assembling the Stroller 1. Remove stroller and wheel assemblies from the plastic bag. 2. Remove and discard both black rubber caps from stroller frame. 3. Release locking latch by pulling latch away from stroller frame. 4. Grip the handle on each side with an under hand hold and turn outward to open. 5. Using the Swivel Wheels To lock swivels, lift both swivel lock levers up. To unlock swivels, push both swivel lock levers down.
