Troubleshooting Note: The housing of this unit may eventually fill with paper shavings. If this occurs, the bin must be cleaned out by a qualified service technician. Problem: Paper is hanging from the Shredder exit after finishing. Cause: Paper is clogging the machine. Solution: Set the unit to “REV” (reverse) and remove the scraps.
