However, any data that has not been saved will be lost during a soft reset. To perform a soft reset, do the following: 1. Remove the battery door from the back of the unit. 2. XP20 User Manual Calibrate the screen The first time you start the Janam XP20 handheld computer, setup instructions appear onscreen. These instructions include a calibration screen, or digitizer. Calibration aligns the internal circuitry of the handheld computer with its touch-sensitive screen so your handheld computer can detect the task you want to perform when you tap an element on the screen.
