OPERATING YOUR WINE CHILLER It is recommended you install the Wine Chiller in a place where the ambient temperature is between 72-78 degrees Fahrenheit. If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate. The range of 40-65 degrees Fahrenheit may not be reached. • When you store mostly white wines, you can store them in the TOP ZONE or BOTTOM ZONE. When you use the BOTTOM ZONE, the temperature can be set at between 55 to 57 °F/13º to 14ºC and the green LED lamp marked “WHITE” will be lit. CARE AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING YOUR WINE CHILLER • Turn off the power, unplug the appliance, and remove all items including shelves. • Wash the inside surfaces with a warm water and baking soda solution.
