TROUBLESHOOTING FILL CYLINDER PROCEDURE 1) The cylinder of new refrigerant should be at ambient temperature or greater for best performance of the Fill Cylinder procedure. Make sure the cylinder was not recently moved from an air-conditioned storage room to a warm work area. Place the cylinder on a block of wood if necessary to elevate it from a cool concrete floor.
