A Note on Moisture Condensation and Dew If your C/DP-1000 is brought directly from a cold location to a warm room or if it is placed in a very damp room, moisture may condense on the laser lens within the unit. The ADAM is attached to a plate which replaces the one you just removed.There is a small 4 pin con- nector socket on the top of the main printed circuit board of your C/DP-1000, just inside the exposed opening of the rear panel. Attach the connector on the wire coming from the ADAM to this connector; there is only one direction you can fit the plug onto the socket. Caution Be patient while loading the disc. Never try to load the disc before the holder has opened fully. Never try to close the drawer before you are certain the disc is properly seated in the recess of the holder.
