Install Coupler and Hose Line Brackets 1. Insert hydraulic couplers through new coupler bracket (2) and secure with snap rings. NOTE: Make sure hydraulic couplers are in the same color sequence as they were when they were removed. 2. Connect couplers to the hydraulic feed lines. 3. 1019027 HOSE KIT INSTALLATION General Description These instructions are for operating the loader using the tractor hydraulic remote control lever. To use this hydraulic connection, the tractor must be equipped with the manufacturer’s multi-function hydraulic lever and four tractor hydraulic couplers. Figure 9. Connect Hoses to Tractor 1. Connect hydraulic hoses to tractor hydraulic couplers as shown in Figure 12. 2. BOLT TORQUE CHART Always tighten hardware to these values unless a different torque value or tightening procedure is listed for a specific application.
