Attach Right and Left Mounts 1. Attach right mount (1) to tractor frame using five cap screws (6) and hardened flat washers (5). NOTE: If tractor is equipped with an undermount 1 mower, attach mower lift stop link (3) over the rear 6 two mounting holes. Secure using two cap 5 screws (4) and hardened flat washers (5). 2. Install Grill Guard 1. Attach grill guard mounting brackets (B) to the right and left sides of the tractor frame. Secure to each side using two cap screws (C), hardened flat washers (D), and hex nuts (E). 2. Slide grill guard (A) over outside of mounting brackets and insert lower bar into slots. 3. 1029395 HOSE KIT General Description These instructions are for operating the loader using the tractor hydraulic remote control lever. To use this hydraulic connection, the tractor must be equipped with the manufacturer’s multi-function hydraulic lever and four tractor hydraulic couplers (Figure 4). Connect Hoses 1. Route hydraulic hoses along loader mount and connect to tractor hydraulic couplers, located 2 under right side of operator’s platform. See Figure 3 7. 2. Be sure to avoid contact with clutch pedal and other moveable tractor components. NOTE: Hoses must be routed so that they are not pinched, bent sharply, or chafed during operation. Verify Control Movements 1. Mount loader to tractor: Remove mount pins from loader uprights. Align tractor with loader and slowly drive tractor into loader. Shut off tractor. 2. Connect loader feedline hoses to tractor hydraulic remote control hydraulics couplers. See Figure 8 for hose connections. 3. Comply with all Safety Rules and start the tractor. 4. BOLT TORQUE CHART Always tighten hardware to these values unless a different torque value or tightening procedure is listed for a specific application.
