LEVELING THE CHARBROILER Once gas connections have been made, place a spirit level on top of the charbroiler. Adjust the legs to make sure that the charbroiler is level front to back and side to side in the final installed position. No adjustment is required for modular broilers. FLUE CONNECTIONS The charbroiler must be located under a hood that has an adequate connection to an exhaust duct. The hood must extend 6" (152 mm) beyond charbroiler sides.
