8. Locate the four remaining screw knobs and curved washers. a. 7921R (with backrest): The screw knobs will attach the backrest and outer legs to the seat. Install curved washers on screw knobs. Lay seat upside down on flat surface as shown in figure 7. Lay backrest tubes on leg assembly, aligning holes. Insert screw knobs through backrest tube holes, through leg assembly holes, and into seat bottom. Secure by turning screw knobs clockwise; ensure screw knobs are tight without overtighteni
