Wireless Basics (continued) Installation Considerations TM The D-Link AirPlus Xtreme G DWL-G820 lets you access your network, using a wireless connection, from virtually anywhere within its operating range. Keep in mind, however, that the number, thickness and location of walls, ceilings, or other objects that the wireless signals must pass through, may limit the range. Using the Configuration Menu Requirements for using the DWL-G820’s Web Configuration Utility The DWL-G820 must be connected directly to your computer for configuration. You cannot configure this device if it is connected to a hub or router.
