Troubleshooting Hints and Tips: TV or VCP do not turn on: Make sure that the cigarette lighter cord is plugged into the cigarette lighter and the base of the console. Some vehicles do not apply power to the cigarette lighter when the ignition is turned off. Try turning the ignition switch to the ON orACC position.
