Installation/ connection Method 1 If the meter panel of your car has a two-din dash, and the fireproofing board is capable of screw cap, you could choose this method. 1. Insert mounting bracket (2) into the dashboard (1), select the appropriate tabs and bend them out with a screwdriver. 2. Screw a specialized M5 bolt to the screw at the empennage of this unit. 3. Bend the appropriate tabs to hold the sleeve firmly in place. Note: Locate 12 bend tags along the top, bottom and sides of the mounting sleeve, with the sleeve fully inserted into the dashboard opening, bend as many as of the tags outward as necessary so that the sleeve is firmly secured to the dashboard. Unit controls Monitor 1. POWER/MUTE button Press the button to turn the power on, press and hold for 2 seconds to turn the power off. When the power is on press it to cut down the volume output, press it again to resume volume. 15

2. SEL/LOC/DX button Press it (the SEL button) to enter audio setting mode. Press it again or press the cursor buttons to select the setting. Press the cursor buttons or the VOL +/- buttons to adjust setting.
