USE AND CARE CONTROL PANEL OFF OFF HI LO LO MED HI FAN LIGHT MAX Fig. 01 FAN CONTROL Turn to LO, MED, HI or MAX as needed. USE AND CARE BLOWER The motor is operated by LO/MED/HI/MAX speed control switch. You may change the speed of the motor depending on the amount of grease and smoke you are creating while cooking. ALWAYS USE THE MAX SETTING WHEN GRILLING. FILTERS AND DRIP TRAYS These hoods have reusable metal grease baffles and drip trays. USE AND CARE TO CLEAN HOOD SURFACE For general care, wipe the outside of the stainless steel with sudsy water or household cleaners such as Fantastic® or Formula 409®, rinse well and dry with clean soft cloth to avoid water marks.
