INITIAL SETTINGS 8 Advanced Auto Clock Set The time and date can be set automatically from clock setting data that is transmitted by one of the regular TV broadcast channels. Clock We call this TV channel the "Host Channel" and it is a PBS channel in your area. With the antenna cable connected, your VCR can automatically set the clock when the power plug is first connected to an AC outlet.
