FAN REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION LITTLE WONDER HPV VAC FAN REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION Remove spark plug wire from spark plug. Remove nozzle assembly. Remove front plate assembly. Remove the bolt that secures the fan to the engine crankshaft. The fan has a 3/4-16 nut welded on fan hub.
