Assembly and Adjustments Throttle Cable Free Play Throttle Trigger Free Play If the unit does not return to idle speed or doesen't reach full rpm, the throttle trigger free play may need to be adjusted as follows: 1. Measure free play at the end of the throttle trigger. Throttle trigger free play should be approximately 5-7 mm (0.2-0.275"). See Figure 14. 2.
