CHAPTER 1 Setting Up Your Handheld This chapter explains how to charge and set up your handheld, install ® Palm™ Desktop software on your desktop computer, and perform a HotSync operation. It also lists system requirements. ® If you are upgrading from another Palm OS handheld, see “Upgrading from another Palm OS handheld” later in this chapter.
