1 – Introduction The SRSWITCH is designed to monitor rackmount enclosure door access and notify users when a door has been opened. 3 – SRSWITCH Installation The switch and magnet are designed to be mounted at the top of a SmartRack Premium Rack Enclosure. Magnet should be mounted flush against the inside edge of the Rack Enclosure door. Attach the switch to the outside of the Rack Enclosure cabinet and make sure both switch and magnet are in alignment. 4 – Connection to SNMPWEBCARD and ENVIROSENSE Security/Environmental Monitoring The SRSWITCH is for use only with Tripp Lite’s SNMPWEBCARD and ENVIROSENSE. The SNMPWEBCARD connects your UPS system or PDU to your Ethernet network as a manageable device that supports remote monitoring, remote control and remote condition reporting via Tripp Lite’s FREE PowerAlert software.
