12 Plugging and connecting Maestro Line Preamplifier First of all, you have to link the two sections of the unit using the three provided connectors. Before connecting Maestro Line Preamplifier to the sound source and to the amplifier, please be sure that all the units are unplugged from wall outlets. 13 Volume settings and silencing (mute) The volume knob on the front panel and the Vol+/Vol- buttons on the remote controller change the general sound level. It means that the volume of the two channels is altered identically. It is possible to modify the relative level of each channel changing the balance option in the setup.
