Description 1.2 Description The TPA301 audio power amplifier evaluation module is a complete, low-pow- er single-channel audio power amplifier. It consists of the TI TPA301 350-mW low-voltage audio power amplifier IC along with a small number of other parts mounted on a circuit board that is approximately one and a quarter inches square (Figure 1–1). The TPA301 Audio Power Amplifier Evaluation Module In the single-ended mode, the amplifier inside the TPA301 IC that drives the OUT– line still operates and dissipates power even though it is not being used to help drive the load.
