Hardware Reset Occasionally resetting the system can return the camera to normal operation. If the system problems remain after resetting, restore the factory settings and install again. PTZ Control Pan/Tilt Mouse PTZ: Use Mouse PTZ to control the camera PTZ by clicking the screen and sliding the mouse in that direction Zoom IN/OUT is controlled by the mouse scroll wheel. Up/Down / Left/Right / Upper Left / Upper Right / Lower Left / Lower Right: Click these buttons to move the camera in the intended direction. Click and hold to continuously move the camera.
