AXIS Q1755/-E - Accessing the Camera Setting the root password To gain access to the product, the password for the default administrator user root must be set. This is done in the ‘Configure Root Password’ dialog, which is displayed when the network camera is accessed for the first time. The Live View page in the network camera provides access to H.264 and Motion JPEG video streams, and to the list of available stream profiles. AXIS Q1755/-E - Video Streams AXIS Media Control (AMC) The recommended method of accessing live video from the network camera is to use the AXIS Media Control (AMC) in Microsoft Internet Explorer in Windows. The AMC control panel can be used to configure various video and audio settings. Please see the readme file included in the tool for more information. Each profile has a descriptive name, describing its usage and/or purpose.
