The Scanning Unit Lock The scanner is shipped with the scanning unit locked to prevent damage during transport. You must unlock it to use the scanner. Unlocking the Scanning Unit 1. Find the lock switch on the underside of the scanner. 2. Push the lock switch toward the unlocked mark ( ).
