Installing The Post Bracket Assembly The position of the post bracket determines the leverage of the operator and the clearance between the operator and the 8” Wood Post gate. 6” Wood or Metal Post The post bracket is designed to work on a flat fence post. Installing the Open and Closed Position Stops The positive stops hold the gate firmly in the open and closed positions.
