Burn video clips onto a DVD CAUTION Before writing data to a DVD i Please note that in the case of a large amount of data it can take a long time to burn it to DVD. 1 Insert a blank DVD in your computer’s DVD drive. 2 Double-click on your desktop’s Premiere Elements icon to run the Premiere Elements program. h The Premiere Elements welcome screen appears.
