Oven Controls Thermostat — (located on the right side of the switch panel) controls and maintains oven temperature around the desired set temperature. Temperature range of the oven is from 175°F to 550°F (79-288). VRC Oven ON-OFF Switch (Convection Oven) — a rocker-type switch that works in conjunction with the electric supply of the thermostat and heating elements operating the oven.
