The following describes how to install the ferrite core and make the actual connection. See “Modular plug” on page 98 for details about the type of modular plug that is required. ENGLISH 4. Control Panel 4-1. PAPER FEED Switch Each time this switch is pressed, the paper feeds on line. When it is kept depressed, the paper feeds continuously. Note: This switch will be ineffective if no paper is loaded. 4-2. POWER LED (green LED) This LED lights up when the power switch is set to on and power is supplied to the printer. 4-3. 5. Loading Paper 5-1. Loading New Roll Paper (1)Pull the lever toward you to open the printer cover. Note: Make sure that the lever is pulled until it stops at the stopper. If the lever is not pulled up to the stopper, the printer cover may not open. (2)Peel the adhesive end off the paper. Note: Make sure that the entire adhesive area is removed, since no printing can be performed on that area.
