The Printer Operator Panel The operator panel consists of an LCD display, a menu-driven control panel and two LED indicators. Menu functions The Printer Menu allows you to view and change the printer’s internal settings. The settings are grouped into categories or “menus” such as Information Menu or Print Menu. Printing menu settings (The Menu Map) Current menu settings can be confirmed by printing a Menu Map, using the control panel. 1 Press the up or down arrow button until INFORMATION MENU appears on the display, then press the Enter button. 2 Press the up or down arrow button until the display prompts you to print the menu map. 3 Press the Enter button to print the menu map. 4 Press the Cancel, Online or Back button repeatedly to exit the MENU mode.
