Status lights The network adapter has two status lights that indicate the current operating status of the network adapter when you first turn on the printer, during normal operation, and when errors occur. The Status light has two-colors, red and green, and when both colors are on produces orange. The Data light is a green light. You cannot print a status sheet if the printer has started printing, if it is off-line, or if it is not ready to print. Note: If the printer does not print a status sheet, make sure that the printer is on-line and no print jobs are being processed, then wait a minute.
