PC Doctor for Windows, PC Doctor for Windows PE The diagnostic programs are preinstalled from the factory on your hard disk drive. Two diagnostic programs are available to assist you in diagnosing hardware problems. To enable or disable a device, do the following: 1. Start the Setup Utility program. See “Starting the Setup Utility program” on page 9. 2. From the Setup Utility program menu, select Device. 3.
