Oven accessories Wire rack The racks are to be slid into the runners on either side of the oven. They have non-tip safety notches which prevent them from being pulled out completely while the oven is in use. When inserting a rack, always check that the safety notches are at the rear of the oven. Operation Pre-heating, "Rapid Heat" function For proper cooking results, most recipes call for a preheated oven.
