Overview ™ The V3 is a gateway/router with a TelePort VoIP phone port. You use the V3 in conjunction with an Ethernet cable modem or Ethernet ADSL modem to connect to the Internet. The gateway/router provides an interface between the Internet and your local area network (LAN).
