SmartNode 4960 Getting Started Guide 1 • General information SmartNode 4960 overview The SmartNode 4960 T1/E1 PRI VoIP Router (see figure 1) combines IP routing, VPN/Security, and Quality of Service with high-quality Voice over IP (VoIP) delivered on 1 to 4 Primary Rate Interfaces (PRI T1/E1).
