Connecting to a Network The Network Space 2 can be connected directly to a computer via USB or to your network via Ethernet. This chapter explains how to connect your hard drive to your network. Connect the power supply to a wall outlet and to the LaCie Network Space 2 (Fig. 04). Now move on to step 2, section 2.2. STEP 2: Connect the Ethernet Cable. CAUTION: Only use the AC adapter supplied with your specific LaCie device. Do not use a power supply from another LaCie device or another manufacturer. Connect the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the back of the LaCie Network Space 2 (Fig. 05). 2.
