How to install Jabra PC Suite 8 The Jabra PC Suite enables you to control your Jabra A335w, download drivers, e.g. for IP telephony, or update the firmware on the dongle. The use of the Jabra PC Suite is an extra feature that you can use to get the most out of your Jabra A335w dongle. For basic features as IP telephony, you do not have to use the Jabra PC Suite. Troubleshooting & FAQs 10 I have pairing problems? • Make sure that the dongle is in paring mode, indicated by a solid blue light. • M ake sure that the headset you are trying to pair with the dongle is charged and in pairing mode.
