Actiontec USB/Ethernet DSL Modem User Manual On/Off Switch The On/Off switch controls power to the Modem. When the top of the switch is depressed, the Modem is powered off. When the bottom of the switch is depressed, the Modem is powered on (assuming the Power cord is correctly connected).
