Getting Started Connecting the other components When a component you wish to connect to the system has an HDMI (OUT) jack You can connect a component that has an HDMI (OUT) jack such as a set-top box/digital satellite ® receiver or PLAYSTATION 3, etc., with an HDMI cable. An HDMI cable connection can send both video and audio signals.
