Your battery was fully charged before it left the factory, but it may have lost some charge during shipping. SmartDisk recommends that you charge the battery before you begin using it. FlashTrax Tutorial Before You Begin Before starting the tutorial, we need to make sure your FlashTrax has power. Insert the battery and connect the AC Power Adapter as described in the previous section. Now that your FlashTrax is charging, it’s time to start the tutorial. As with any USB storage device, always follow proper disconnect procedures before removing the USB cable, to avoid possible loss of data. Cut, Copy, Paste, and Delete Using the Cut, Copy, or Delete commands is a two-step process. First, you must enter Selection Mode and select the files on which you wish to operate.
