IMPORTANT UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS ® 1. Place the box containing your Waring Pro blender on a flat sturdy surface before unpacking. 2. Open corrugated flaps. 3. Remove Instruction Book and any printed materials from top of box. 4. Pull up corrugated material and remove. Remove jar and padding. CAUTION: Sharp blade inside blender jar. 5. Remove corrugated insert. Remove blender base from box and set aside. 6. Replace all corrugated inserts in the gift box and save the box for repacking. REPACKING

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS • For your protection, this appliance is equipped with a 3-conductor cord set. • 120 volt units are supplied with a molded 3-prong grounding-type plug (NEMA 5-15P) and should be used in combination with a properly connected grounding-type outlet as shown in Figure 1. If a grounding-type outlet is not available, an adapter, shown in Figure 2, may be utilized to enable a 2-slot wall outlet to be used with a 3-prong plug, except in Canada and Europe.
