15 OPERATION OPERATING THE MILK ISLAND Warning: Before using the Milk Island, clean the carafe and all components. Ensure that all the components have been installed properly. The glass of the carafe can reach very high temperatures: danger of scalding! Only use the Milk Island with milk or water. Maintenance and cleaning operations of the base can only be carried out when the machine is cold and disconnected from the power supply.
