HOW TO OPEN THE PROGRAM 16 The Video Capture software can be started up in the same way as any other program running under Windows. The procedure differs slightly depending on whether you’re using WindowsT 3.1 or WindowsT 95. INITIALIZATION 17 INITIALIZING JLIP The first time you start the Video Capture software, JLIP initialization is required.
