Chapter 1 Introduction 1.1 Overview General ASM-60 is a VDSL (Very High-bitrate Digital Subscriber Line) modem handling high data rates. ASM-60 supports HSSI DTE interface, and several Ethernet interface modules, which allow LAN-to-LAN connectivity using VDSL technology.
